Georgia Business Announces Refusal To Hire “Until Obama Is Gone”.

Well we can respond to this asshat.  Keeping people unemployed so you can be an ass is bullshit.  I will not only not hire his company for any work, I will not patronize any business that hires him.  Not because I’m a huge Obama fan, but because Looman is a prick.

Teen Who Tweeted About Brownback Won’t Apologize to Kansas Governor–UPDATED with BROWNBACK APOLOGY!.

We all know it wasn’t the Governor who was making a big deal about this.  Not until it blew up on his staff, who are obviously ignorant of the rights of the citizens of his state.  When you pick a staff that thinks they can dictate their master’s image to the public, there is a problem.

I support this young woman in her decision.  There is never an excuse for any politician saying anything in public or private about his/her citizens.  They work at our whim and most of them understand this.

Herman Cain’s love cane

by on Nov.28, 2011, under Politics, Sex

Most rich or delusional people really believe that they did nothing wrong regardless of their behavior.  They live my their own rules, and the richer they are, the bigger their egos.  Cain didn’t get rich treating people nicely.  He got rich making crap pizza (my opinion, I’ve tried it) and paying his people crap wages and probably no insurance coverage except for high level managers.

Is it so unlikely that he isn’t a man whore?  I think that with all the claims, there is something there.  His candidacy reminds me of Ross Perot, a delusional rich kook who wants to buy the presidency.  Being an ego-maniacal sexist isn’t a huge stretch

2012 Politics

by on Nov.27, 2011, under General, Politics

Well I was going to steer the blog towards Palin and Bachman for the election, but they are basically dead candidacies. While Perry, and Gingrich are both scary, they are going to cannibalize each others votes as they appeal to different nutjobs.

Catholic Church in Italy Criticizes Behavior of Political Elite – NYTimes.com.

Well, if this isn’t the pot calling the kettle black.  An organization full of profession child abusers who wield unreasonable influence over their “sheep” versus a bunch of greedy philanderers who have unreasonable control over their citizens.

BULLSHIT Column: The truth behind the ‘let him die’ nonsense – USATODAY.com

by on Sep.17, 2011, under General, Politics

Column: The truth behind the ‘let him die’ nonsense – USATODAY.com.

So I read this article at the USA Today web site and the first thing I thought of was BS.  This Katrina Trinko was acting as an apologist for the candidates being honest about their right wing asshole attitudes.  She states there were 2-3 people cheering in the audience about letting the patient die, but how would she know? She wasn’t there obviously or she would know if it was 2 or 3.

Next, the answers from the candidates were asshole-ish (my new word).  So neighbors, families, communities, and churches are going to pay off HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of debt piled up by sick people they supposedly care about?  That would never happen voluntarily, EVER. How much do you think a neighborhood car wash brings in? $100-$200 maybe.  Not really a dent when a $400,000 hospital bill comes due.

On the other hand, we have a name for that, INSURANCE.  When everyone pitches in, it’s a tax (I know, I hate the word too, but it’s a necessary evil) that pays for the insurance.  It has to be mandatory or it won’t work.  And a one-payer system would work best but it will never happen, so that has to be shelved.  The half-assed plan that did pass needs a lot of work thanks to loopholes meant to make companies like McDonalds happy.

So getting back to that $400,000 unpaid hospital bill.  Who pays for that?  You do, higher hospital bills, insurance costs, doctor bills, etc.  You want to know why it costs $300 to see your doctor when you have a migraine?  Just think of those thousands of unpaid $400,000 bills.  If you ask why I am using $400,000 as an example, one reason.  Ron Paul’s (extremely effective) former campaign manager died of pneumonia, without insurance, and left $400,000 in unpaid medical bills, leaving his family destitute.

Ron Paul’s Campaign Manager Died of Pneumonia, Penniless and Uninsured

Ron Paul’s Campaign Manager Died of Pneumonia, Penniless and Uninsured.

So Wolf’s audience seems to think that uninsured people should be allowed to die and not get medical treatment.  And Paul thinks that churches who are full of the same selfish assholes as the audience should be paying to help the poor get healthcare.  Most churches can barely pay their bills so how is that going to work asshole?

This blog

by on Sep.10, 2011, under General, Politics, Science

Just in case you haven’t noticed, this blog is full of my opinions based on articles I have read.  I do not have time to get source documents and bother politicians.  If I make a post based on false published information, I’m sorry.  If I catch it, I’ll fix it.  Politically I’m very independent but I despise the GOP as it is nowadays.  If you deny science, evolution, or working together, they will get my wrath.

I am a skeptic.  And if you don’t know what that is, I can tell you what it is not.  It is not conspiracy theorists, not homeopathy, and not chiropractic.  Skeptics utilize the best available science to draw a conclusion about a topic.  Like science, the conclusion may change with the data, so a skeptic will usually adjust opinions as needed.  This is different from a cynic; they just poo-poo on everything or a conspiracy theory nutter who suffers from cognitive dissonance.
