There are a few studies on it. As of this week it doesn’t help. Which I find hard to believe, but until there is proof (aside form anecdotal cases) I haven’t noticed a difference that would make me start.

Well it certainly seems so based on the postings on Quackwatch and multiple other sites.  This Polish doctor takes thousands of dollars from vulnerable people under the guise of wanting to help them.  In fact, the treatment doesn’t have any clinical efficacy and is merely a method to generate income.  Why doesn’t the FDA do anything?  No idea.  They did issue a warning letter in 2009 but it may have been withdrawn when the concerns were corrected within the deadline.
